ro_reinert selects many of my games and plays them. I limit the number he can select by limiting the game to higher rated players.
Another appproach is to challange players in the rating range you want to play. Once you identify a set of players who will play with the parameters you set you can challange them repeatedly. I prefer this to using open games.

Players on our ignored list should not be able to select the open games we post. We put them there becuase we dont want to interact with them. If players on our ignored list could not select our games we could limit them to selecting and deleting only once. Presently there is no deterent to deleting games. One benifit to deleting games is it creates a space for a game you want to post. We could get a farse where 2 players keep deleting each others games, If we prevent someone from selecting and deleting by putting them on our igmored list fewer layers would select and delete. In my case players would view the position before they selected the game.
