When you have the wished postion click on the
(FEN) - GET Button.
You can copy now the FEN from the textbox.

You first lesson will be to simply post the same position I have posted. You could cut and paste this fen into open games. You should delete the game since you dont actually want to play it. To practice creating fen positions here you need to add a bit of syntax. type "[f?en]" before the fen and "[/f?en]" after. Dont type the ? I had to include them or all you would see is invalid fen in red. Dont copy the quotation marks. cut and paste the fen I provided between the before and after. After you have done that I will help you tyoe different fens
