What's missing here, (which some other site's have) is a claim draw button.
As example, please have a look at my game against junipero, who played white, in the tournament Auto-Open 2722. After offering him twice a draw, which he refused, I ended up with taking his last pawn, witch left us with only king against king. I could not claim a draw and had to wait another 7 days befere he moved and offered a draw.

Hello Leo! I think Junipero did not accept the draw because he should lost points... He had more points than you...
But you've got the draw the saim and his points too... I belive that when remain King against King it's automatically draw. There's some people that doesn't accept the evidence of the facts. Sorry for my English...  Roberto.
