There are no facilities on this site (or any other site so far as I can see) for claiming a draw by repetition.

I play in almost every site there is and they all have a claim draw button except ICCF where you ask the TD for a ruling.

I dont think there is any suport other than miguel and kind members who know the answer to your question.
when Your opponents move repeats a position for the 3rd time or when you are on move and you can move suc that it will repeat the position for the third time you should see a claim draw button. If it is your move and you can move so that your opponents only legal move is to repeat the position for the third time you cant clainm the draw until it is your move again.
