I have recently bought a new laptop. A friend of mine has set it up and given me a new e-mail account. I cannot enter the new account on my personal settings (on queen alice) as I cannot remember my password to change my settings. Any ideas anyone or is this one for Miguel to assist me with?

Yes I still have my old laptop. I am not very I.T. literate. I use Mozilla Firefox

OK goto Firefox
Select Tools \ Options menu item. Select the Privacy button, the Passwords tab, and then click on View Saved Passwords
Now you should see a list with your usernames and with the passwords
