I could not find any reference about the bank at the help about time controls.
Well, suppose I create an open game with 3d/m and a bank of 7 days, what this number 7 does?

It means you have 7 extra days that are not renewed after every move like the 3 days. So you start out with 3 days + the 7-day bank. Say you take 4 days for your first move, That means you used up your regular 3-day allowance, but 1 of your banked days. Now your bank is only 6 days. So you don't run out of time until the bank is gone, as well as the current 3 days. Hope this helps.
