Both games look correct to me. On the first one you lost against a player rated much higher than you. Since that's the expected outcome, the winner doesn't get a lot of points. The second game is the same thing but reverted.
Check the rating formulas in the About page for more information and make sure you understand when the provisional and established formulas are used as each have its own rules and special cases.

Oi Boeing,
"Special rule: if the player to more than win an opponent with 400 points of difference for less, or to lose more than for a player with 400 points more, the punctuation will not be affected."
A regra especial diz que se você GANHAR de um jogador com rating de mais de 400 pontos MENOR que o seu, a pontuação não muda. E se você PERDER de um jogador com 400 pontos ou mais de rating MAIOR que o seu, também não muda.
Essa regra não se aplica a você neste caso.
Mas você PERDEU de um jogador com rating MENOR, aí a regra a ser aplicada é a equação:
Rn = Ro -/+ K * (ED) +/- C
com:
K=0,03 and C=12
para seus pontos até 2099
e com:
K=0,04 and C=16
para seus pontos até 2080
A conta seria:
Boeing 2108 perdeu para Wendt 1325
Diferença de rating:
1325-2108=-755
Quando a diferença de rating passa os 350 pontos, ela é considerada fixa em 350.
Boing = 2108+0.03*(-350)-12 = 2108 - 22,5 = 2085,5
Porém você cruzou a mudança do fator K e seus pontos cairam abaixo de 2100. Então o fator K muda para 0,04 e C=16. Neste caso o ajuste proporcional é:
2100-2085,5 = 14,5
Novo rating:
Boing = 2100 - (0,04/0,03)*14,5 =
2100 - 1,33 * 14,5 = 2080,66
E aí arredonda-se o número para 2080, desprezando o decimal.
É isso aí...
