Não consigo reclamar a seguinte partida:

A única mensagem que retorna é "Não foi possível reivindicar o jogo. Por favor tente novamente.", mas isso aconteceu na mesma partida a algumas semanas quando o adversário ultrapassou o tempo limite e tornou a acontecer agora.
Alguém mais está tendo o mesmo problema?
I haven't been able to claim the game below:

The only message I received was "Coldn't claim the game. Please try again.", but it has happened in the same match some weeks ago when the opponent oversteped the limit time.
Has anyone else been having the same problem?
