The Draw Offer button has disappeared in my games, but it is secretly activated whenever my opponent is in a difficult position and he must reply. So I await his reply but not the Draw Accepted result. This is a serious and flagrant transgression of Chess rules. Unfortunately, the Admin Miguel has not fixed this 'bug', thereby causing a severe damage to a lot of players. I have not seen this 'bug' in other serious chess sites which still offer FREE registration.
I can refer to LSS (Lechenicher Schach Server), a powerful chess site offering RE (Regular standard) and FO (Chess960) tournaments. The only requisite to join LSS is to provide a real name, country and valid email address. Nicknames are not accepted, and the Rules & Regulation directions are published in twelve official languages.
