I don't believe Carlsen is going to be attacked by some unfamilar pathogens. I believe, he knows them all.
The question was, who wins?

I believe Carlsen considers illness to be an important factor. He will import all his food and water from Norway. Still he may be susceptible to airborn illness.
If he does not get sick he will win the match.

Perhaps they should play in a sterile environment.
