Please check the tournament AUTO-ELITE-1244 because two players ( Fermats and cynnara ) left Queen Alice and the tournament is paralyzed.

I recall, the matches will be cancelled after 30 days of inactivity, not the tournaments. The tournaments usually can continue after that.

It's a game between two players that have abandoned Queen Alice, so nobody can click on the "clock" to claim the game,this is a bug.

Miguel must fix this mistake in your web...I have the same problem in two tournament and another tournament, a player dont want reclaim your game for time. Why there arent a moderator in this web?

In all tournament games, expired time should be immediate loss. No need for opponent to log in. This will help tournaments finish quickly.
