Auto-open-3197 seems to have two players remaining who have both disappeared. Thus their games cannot be finished and the second round started...what to do?

It's a game between two players that have abandoned Queen Alice, so nobody can click on the "clock" to claim the game,this is a bug.
locked game. As I recall, the matches will be cancelled after 30 days of inactivity, not the tournaments. The tournaments usually can continue after that.

In all games tournament, the timeout should be immediate loss. No need to click on the "clock" to claim the game , which will help Tournaments finish quickly.

Auto Open 3153 is stuck with one 2 game remaining. The players haven't logged on QA in over a year. Are these ever being fixed?
