AUTO-ELITE-1424 is stalled.

I was under the impression that the Queen Alice software looked for tournaments where over a month had elapsed since the last game finished and awarded automatic time defaults on incomplete games where this was appropriate.

For reasons best known to himself, Pumamercedino (http://queenalice.com/player.php?id=3806) has not claimed the following games on time

http://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=1328393

http://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=1328394

and so the next round of the tournament has not been triggered.

I have tried messaging Puma, using the 'My Messages' field, but he has not read the message that I have sent him.

I will try messaging Miguel to see if he can do something about it!

I fear this is only the tip of the iceberg with stalled tournies.

I have now tried messaging the guy who left the tournament (and the website) in the hope that he might log back in to start playing, or resign the games.

The simplest solution might be for the website to automatically and immediately award all tournament games as soon as a time violation occurs

That would also stop the situation where Player A claims his two games from Player B for 'time expired' but Player B then comes in from the cold and Players C & D still have to play him - not fair methinks!

Indeed, but currently we don't have any solution at all. It would obviously help if people resigned all their games if they consciously decided to leave, but of course some people forget their passwords, lose their computers etc, as well as those who just can't be bothered!
