Hi. Can something be done about adv 3061? Two games outstanding but they are only at move 5 and have been for ages. Neither player in contention, and possibly don't even play here anymore. Thanks

While it remains true that http://queenalice.com/player.php?id=1 (Miguel) never logs in, I have recently noticed that move alert emails include a link to 'technical support' aka "support@queenalice.com". I'm sure it's been there a long time - I just never noticed it before! Might be worth a punt, folks ...
P.S. Circumstantial evidence that some sort of maintenance does go on is the fact that the ads change!

Personally, I don't see it as a problem any more. If I enter a tournament I get some first round games; what happens later is not entirely in my own hands. I accept that now; it isn't ideal, and if I wanted a more rigorous system I would play on another site.
But I still think it would be nice if everyone could get their just deserts, which doesn't happen at present!
