for the last 2 weeks I have had problems moving or going from 1 screen to another on this site. but since I lost on time to a player. the site seems to be returning to it's former self

It happened to me almost the same. When i choose one game the sit close itself and i could not make the move. Because of this i lost 8 games because the opponent reclaim.
IT is not fair

Try to delete all the cronology from your pc. 
Before to do this, I was unable to come in Q.A. and I've lost many games...

During the last 2 weeks I couldn't log in and I lost 16 games. I tried to reach the support center for a new password, but no answer. I think my elo has dropped from 2580 to 2430. Now this morning, I got a mail that one player claimed a win, so I once more tried to get a new password. And it worked!

in my case, just could not do anything, or contact the support, or put holiday, or make any move. 
I deleted all the cronology from my computer, I restarted the computer, etc... Nothing 
Can I reopen the games if i talk to the support?
