This morning I was unable to log on to the site properly; in other words the first time I went to another page after I logged on I was kicked straight off again. But by clicking the 'remember me' button when I logged in I bypassed this problem. However, it does not bode well, and once again I predict the end of Queen Alice in the not too distant future ...

If Miguel isn't carrying out site maintenance why is it that the site hasn't crashed long ago? As I recall, every Saturday or Sunday the site was 'closed' for a couple of hours whilst maintenance was performed. If an engine isn't oiled on a regular basis it seizes up. So why not QA?

My best guess is that - just because http://queenalice.com/player.php?id=1 does not log in any more - we should not assume that no maintenance takes place, as we originally did.
However, if the 'back up' is not performed correctly this can have an effect on the system and this may explain these periodic glitches ...

This is twice in the past month I was kicked off site when I tried to open my games. Last time I was let back in after an opponent claimed a game. This time I used the remember me successfully.
