Não consigo reivindicar uma partida contra o meu adversário em que o tempo dele expirou, já tentei mais 20 vezes e sempre consta essa mensagem:

"Não foi possível reivindicar o jogo. Por favor tente novamente."

Quem poder me ajudar agradeço!!

I can not claim a matchmy opponent his time has expired, I've tried 20 more times and there's always this message:

"We were unable to claim the game, please try again."
