Hello Marcos! Your problem is in this site from many time, because nobody knows where is Miguel  and without him the site is like a ship without the Captain... You understand what I mean... 
We all are waiting that He return back.
...but, I do not have had this kind of problem. I still have another problem with a tournament that can not go forward because 2 players are stoppedto ply, and who is the winner do not claim his game, mayby for the same reason of you...
 It is possible to play, but sometime there is some problem. You can read in the forum how many people has such problems... Bye  Robert.

O3bor52 I really like playing at Queenalice, for me it's the best chess site !! As you said without Miguel it is very difficult to solve the problems that arise !! I wish that everything be solved !! Hugs
