In game https://queenalice.com/game.php?id=1500386 two kings are remaining, but the draw is not enforced and we keep on playing.... what's wrong, is it a bug?

Not really; the website was never set up to recognise "insufficient material". The designer just assumed the common sense of the players!

Although Reycas is the same guy who cannot be checkmated in certain games (see other threads) and that presumably is a bug!

The "3x position" rule is not implemented either. In the past you could contact the administrator and he would end the game, but he is no longer actively managing things.

Hopefully the 50 move rule will engage after black's 163rd move.
