Hi, this is a different take on an old issue. I have a couple of stuck games (one is here https://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=1632456 ) - I'm still on the site (obviously!), but I can't claim the games. When I try to, it just says "cannot claim this game". Has anyone come across this before? It's annoying because it looks like I'm the one blocking the tournament, but I have no idea what to do about it! (if there is anything I can do)

I have the same problem, can't claim game aswell nor cancel it
