Where is the addministrator?

Hello, a friend of mine cannot reset is password. He was receiving email from "noreply@queenalice.com" (new game and when game ended) so the last mail receive is somewhere in november. Since that, nothing. We check all folder including spam.
What could be done for him?

Some people cannot play more their games, then a login is impossible. Many games do end per timeout. Probably many player have problems with change their password. How can one rich the players, which not can login? Sorry for my English; is not my first language. The administrators have to work!

Hello Rasumichin you can send the players a private message, usually this will be forwarded as email.
