Someone mentioned that. Pretty bad for the bullies to have free reign here with no consequences. I quit another site for a similar reason, and that had mods.

The individual in question is victor_lobo
I'd had no conversation with this person in any previous game or via messages, or in the game we were playing.
It was completely out of the blue and uncalled for. I resigned from the game and added them to my ignored list.
