When is the 38 hours added to the clocks going to be taken away?

after 38 hours  .
I added 48 hours of compensation time for all the trouble the site was having. It works like vacation time, after 2 days it's gone and we will be back to normal, assuming the slow downs are finally gone.

It is actually 96 hours total since Sunday when the problem started, so by Friday the extra time should be spent for everyone.
