Yes, thanks Beco! I saw the same position by Reti in my old chess book as well and was quite amazed by it.

Neste caso e impossivel brancas empatarem, neria necessario q ao inves de o peao negro estar em a4, ele deveria estar em a3. Me corrija se eu estiver errado. Sera q vc nao confundiu ao montar a posiçao? Valew!

Oi Lucascg,
A solução está na segunda página! Acompanhe os tabuleiros e variantes!
E o mesmo vale para o problema 1.
-- Hi Lucascg,
The solution in on page 2! Follow the boards and variants!
The same to Chess Problem 1.
Cheers, Beco.

I understood what alib2004 has say. He want know what happens if you play the follow variation: 1.Kg7, Ka2; 2.Kf6, h4; 3.Ke5 and now black plays Kb8, but, obviously, 4. Kf4?? draw! or Kd6, and the white wins the game!!, So 2. ..., h4?? it´s a mistake. Obviously this position is a drawn if anyone makes a mistake!!
