Hi - not sure if I am misunderstanding the rating formula for provisional ratings, but I recently won a game against an opponent that by the end of the game was around 300 points below me. I thought if you were within 400 points of each other the winner gets the opponents score plus 400, however I only got my score plus 11.

While provisory, you will get that rating you told, but it will be added and took a mean with your olds ratings.
