How long somebody can be inactive on this server until his account is deleted?

Hi BryanFerry,
My understanding is that inactive accounts will never be deleted from the server. Moreover, inactive accounts can be re-activated any time by their owners simply by logging in.
I believe the "inactive" tag's primary purpose is to prevent dormant accounts from showing up in certain player lists.

Duncan is correct, an account that hasn't had any activity for a month goes into the 'inactive' state so it won't show up as a challenge suggestion or will not appear by default on the member list. If the member comes back the account is reactivated right there.
