This is my suggestions for ex. there are 5 teams ,in each teams they are 5 players. Each players will going to play black & white pieces against all participants teams. So each player has 10 games, total games are 50 games. No more 2nd round just play all.At the end which team gather the highest points will declare the champion of that tournament. :-)

I suggest these set of rules:

1. Swiss Format

2. The team pairings are done according to the average rating of the team as if it were a single player.

3. The team determines the boards by using the rating of their individual members in descending order.

4. If a team beats another the team by earning more points, the team gets two points, one if both teams get the same points and zero if the match is lost.

5. The total number of points by all members would be the first tie-break system for this protocol.

6. Each team has four players and one reserve player that can be called upon in case of sickness, vacation, etc.

Sorry for my ignorance, what is Swiss Format?

Swiss is a tournament pairing algorithm that works well for tournaments with a big number of participants where it would be impractical to use an all-play-all scheme.

The basic idea is that after you play your first game if you win you will get a tougher opponent on the next round, and if you lose you will get an easier one. Another nice feature of Swiss is that nobody is disqualified, the tournament is set to have some number of rounds and all the participants play through all the rounds. The winner is, of course, the one who gets a higher score.

I was thinking in implementing Swiss for some sort of real time competition where there is the limitation of playing only one game at a time, but for correspondence chess I'm not sure it is a good option.
