I check mark the "remember me" box, but I still have to log in with my name and password each time I make a move. Is there a way I can avoid typing in my name and password?

Do you have cookies enabled in your browser? You must if you want the browser to remember you.

What browser are you using?
If you are using Internet Explorer and you have a security level that blocks all cookies you need to do one of these three things:
1. enable cookies for all sites (only first party cookies are needed, third party cookies are not used in this site).
2. just enable session cookies while blocking everything else, as that will suffice for this site.
3. enable cookies just for this site.
I verified that any of these three solutions work with IE6.
Netscape has a very similar configuration, although it does not seem to have a "session cookies only" setting.
In IE6 you can get to the cookie settings page by selecting Tools|Internet Options from the menu, then selecting the Privacy tab and finally clicking on the Advanced button. In Netscape choose Edit|Preferences and then Privacy and Security.
