Hi,
I log in and discover my opponent soneca has a provisional rating of 2636 after winning only 2 games? ok is this player really a Grandmaster? just a little shocked here I don't get it.

If soneca beat two other players around/near that level, then yes, it makes sense that the provisional rating would be that high. Keep in mind, provisional ratings jump up and down quite a bit.

First, all ratings here are "inflated"... the "real" rating is something 400 points below, (to compare to ICC for example)... And it should be 600~700 bigger than the player OTB rating... (compared to FIDE ratings). ---- Player that have a "p" after name have a provisional rating... and it´s nor real...
There is also a "problem" for example, if a unrated player plays a "provisional" player, that has a big rating, he/she will have a even bigger rating... (I saw player with 3000+ of initial provisional rating)
So ratings here are not real... You can have a "idea" of player strength only after 50 games... And even with that, there is the "400" points inflation...
