I don't see the link for this anymore. I see that I can download my completed games, but it does not include my most recent game, completed a few days ago. Is this feature gone for good?

No, you just need to click the little "+" icon to show more options in the Home section.
Now you should have gotten the pgn of that game if it was completed. If you can't get it please send me the game page for it and I'll investigate why it wasn't included.

other people see your games as a single list, it doesn't matter if you archived them or not
