do you mean, when i post a message in the forum, the date and time written thereat are converted in my own timezone? let me check first....

miguel, you're right. the time is the same as that appearing in my browser.
my guess was a product of coincidence. i haven't changed the time in my browser yet. the time actually appearing here is in fact a california time, because the laptop i'm using was bought from carson city CA and shipped here by my father residing in CA.

I agree with the rest. Very well done, site. quick, easy to pickup and use.
i'm so glad i found it. however you need to get onto the first page in the google seach results for "online chess, free chess, correspondence chess" etc... it was very hard for me to find this place. i actually ran into it mentioned in the "radiohead" google group :) what could be better than finding a great place to play chess with interesting people in the group for one of my favorite bands?
anyway, thank you so much for the site.
