I'm not 100% about how the tournaments work. What happens when you enter, how do you get matched up etc. Any info would be helpful.

It´s all "automatic"... the system creates the games, and you received warrings by e-mail. (Or you can just play trough "My Games" in the menu...

Are all Tournaments created automatic or is it possible to create your own?

Tournaments are automatically created when 20 players join. The players are placed into 5 groups of 4 players each.
Currently there are no player-created tournaments, but Miguel, the webmaster, has indicated that he is working on such a feature.
