If you know the handle of an opponent, is there a way to challenge them directly? I can see how to challenge using the suggest an opponent feature, but what if the handle of a desired opponent is not listed?

Jut click on the name of the player you wish to challenge and you will see his homepage. Then go to upper right and click on "Challenge --- to a game".

I'm talking about an instance where I have already learned an opponent's handle, but it is not appearing on a page so there is no link to click to get to his homepage. Is there a way to search for an opponent by their handle?

Yes, go to "Member List", type in name and press OK. When it appears in blue, click on the name.
