I have a question about my rating. I have checkmated my opponent and my rating did not go up and the rating of my opponent did not go down. How is it possible?

Ripper: These tings happen only when you have a provisional rating, as in your case. After 25 games, there is no problem.
It has been a long discussed issue but now the things are ok, imho. Togoychess
