Threefold repetition is not automatic? How can I claim draw in this game http://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=119050 ? My opponent did not except my draw offers ... I did not contact him, because he did not wrote in his profile that he speaks english.

Try write this in portugueses: "Este jogo está empatado pela regra de repeticao de posicao por tres vezes".
That means something like: "This game is draw by the 3 fold repetition rule"
Or maybe he will read here in the forum.

I thought you have a winning game. so why a draw?

Game drawn a long time ago, but due to my hand injury, I was reluctant to type :)
I was unhappy whit my opening, so I wanted to end it all as soon as possible, at all cost (even loseing). Luckily, my opponent made a blunder which helped me draw, even when down on material.
I don't see me win that position.
