Thanks everyone for your helpful replies.It seems players & admin staff are very friendly & helpful & patient at this site, which is great.
In fact it seems a very good site & I look forward to exploring & using it more.
I am trying to get better at playing moves on & in time(& will stick with longer time control matches & adjust options at "preferences > other options & email").

OOps,
I have done it again.2 more games down: Time exhausted(sorry to my opponent).
I will have to just play one game at a time-even I should be able to handle that (I hope)!

Well... I have a 2 full-moves game and the time has exhausted. However, the red clock didn't appeared to me. What can I do?

I have never lost any games on time on QueenAlice, although I have claimed over 10 wins.
