So another of my games has been cancelled recently. And again I have no chance to claim a win! So what can a player do if his opponents decides to ignore the game and doesn't bother with resigning?
I can do nothing during run of his time and after time expiration the game is cancelled. Isn't there any bug in program? How much time do I have for claiming victory after time expiration? It seems that the last game was cancelled immediately after time expiration...

Last move on that game was September 21.
To find out what games expired click on the My Games link. Any expired games will show with a small clock icon. Click this icon to claim the game.

Ok, I get it now. Those games were 60 days/all, but the system cancels any games that don't have activity for more than 30 days. That is why you were never given a chance to claim.
I reopened your 3 games, you can go ahead and claim them now.

Thank you, it's OK now. But maybe it would be a good idea to change this policy a bit; I have two others games and my opponents again stopped to play in them. So it's possible that the result will be the same. Just a suggestion.

I agree that the system should be modified so games with longer time limits take longer to be cancelled.
If x = time limit (in days/move or days/all) and y = days of inactivity before game is cancelled,
you could program a formula into the system, such as y = x + k, where k is a constant.
