I used yahoo,to contact support@queenalice.com, did not get a a return on it but then again don't know if they received it..

But anyway, I was thinking in some kind of forum, then we all can read and discuss during the maintence work.
Email is too private, and only one get the answer that need to be forwarded... And could happen that a lot of people write to Miguel to know what is happening, then he may have no time to answer all emails, while in a forum, one single post will do for all of us.
I could suggest some places, but I wish Miguel suggest one to be more "official". That will certantly help people do not panic when bad thing happens, wich is kind of normal...
