Hello, Miguel!
I've experienced playing against people that sends unkind messages, and today I've heard the same situation from a friend - and it was not the same opp.
So, I'd like to suggest a "disable messages" feature, that would avoid receiving unexpected messages.
I don't know if the "ignore feature" prevents that, *during* a game, but I think it would be great to distinguish [1]"censor messages" from a player and [2]playing that person.

Thanks,

The "ignored" setting does not prevent an opponent to send you messages during a game.

If you or someone you know received offensive messages either on a game or on a private message you should give me the sender names privately and I will take appropriate measures.

Hi, Miguel,

thanks for the answer. Well, not *exactly* offensive, but boring and unnecessary messages:
at my game, the message was something like "Finally you've mated me!"
at my friend's game it happened twice, and the message was: "You missed mate". I'll send you a private message about that.

I think the "ignored" setting should be modified to prevent ignored opponents from sending messages during a game.

Yes, I don't think this deserves any action, they aren't offensive.

I'll think about it, I'm not sure I like the idea of a player ignoring messages from the other, at least not without the other player knowing about it.

Miguel,

I agree with you. Ignoring messages from other players without his knowing may generate some problems.

At most I think it's not 'fer play'... 8-)
