I do agree on the idea of Protected Ratings, but I do not see why provisional players rating should not be changed.

Fore, it is as I said. Imagine you end your 25 games with a rating of 2200, estabishing it. Then you create a second account, and play this new one against Fore. In half a dozen moves Fore resigns and the new account goes to the top list in the site with a 2600 rating. That was happening a lot here, so Miguel decided to make it harder to happen. Enjoy the games!
