Robelix, to guard against burglars, you can ensure your doors and windows are securely locked. Other precautions you can take include keeping your valuables in safe places, getting a guard dog and installing security cameras.
If you suspect your opponent is cheating, you should contact the webmaster.
P.S. To avoid being a vexatious litigant, please explain why you suspect your opponent is cheating. That he played well is not a valid reason.

We have a new scandal !
In the game: zoki74 vs fgonper [http://www.queenalice.com/game.php?id=137797], member fgonper used chess engine, and he tell, that his engine, find a draw variant !! Member zoki74 and his cousin, member zzzzz, reported this scandal, and send warning message to member fgonper, but, what's happened ?! Miguel disabled status for members zzzzz and zoki74, because member fgonper used a chess engine ??!!
What a madness, chaos and injustice !

Not really. They did not report this "scandal" of yours, they simply sent a private message to the member accusing him of cheating, and on top of that they made it look like the message was coming from an administrator of the site.
You can't make offensive or derogatory comments against other members. That is reason for getting your account canceled. And of course, I don't need to tell you that you can't impersonate an admin and expect your account will survive.
