Hrrrr: I agree with Gambitshark. Don't jump to conclusions. I don't think Miguel would ban someone based on nationality (2 of our top 5 players are Croatians).
Perhaps Zoki74's account was compromised, or he broke a rule on the site. Perhaps Miguel was mistaken. He's a busy man - do give him some time to post his explanation. Repeatedly making unjustified accusations will lead you to being regarded as a troll, and you may get banned too.
