As I told you via private message, I checked your time usage and verified that you ran out, zoki74 claimed the game according to the rules of the site.
As zoki just mentioned, if you were using vacation time you need to be aware that the vacation clock does not stop when your oppoenent is to move, vacation time never stops.
Also note that zoki74 has been cleared, the site has no problems with him.
There are no hackers here.
