says required rating is 1...1300, this guy has about 1900 rating. Kinda unfair.

He must had 1300 ELO when your game/games was started and gained ELO to this time..I once started to play against unrated player 2 games in Open event and before they were finist he came 1-2 place on the ratinglist here once 2600+ ELO..(Montalbano) he is now retired from the server.
