In my case the service of my provider has not yet normaized. Stil very slow. I dont have any idea of the situation of the other Filipino playes.

Not if the reason for their absence was that they were unable to access the site, no. Personally, I feel that time-outs ought to be automatic. If somebody knows in advance that they won't be connecting for a while, they can mark the period as vacation. If they don't know in advance, you can't get through to them anyway.
