The `About This Site' page says that ratings are provisional until one has played twenty-five games. I have completed twenty-five games but my rating is still given as `1976p'. Why is this?

Aha. Sounds like a bug, then.

It's not a bug, for the first 25 games the rating is provisional. The rating becomes established when you complete the 26th game.

Then the "about this site" information should be corrected. Instead of "until one has played twenty-five games", the wording should be "for the first 25 games".

I just checked the "about this site" information. Under the "Provisional ratings" section it correctly states "During the first 25 games", but under the "Established ratings" section it incorrectly states "played 25 or more games" - this should be changed to "more than 25 games" if the rating remains provisional after the 25th game is completed.
