Relevant are articles 9.1 and 12.6.

have you noticed the "almost" word?
Understanding 12.6, IMHO, implicates in understanding the first two phrases of mine. But if you really want me to, I can change it to:
"Which is the politically correct [...]"

Ok, but I think that is for special cases (i.e. 10.2). Otherwise, 12.6 can be summoned.
