it was in the middle of a game when he /she asked "computer?" & I asked 'why?' he/she said they had just checked my moves using Fritz. To which I replied, 'then obviously your using it, & he/she should accept my draw or resign'.

If I suspect computer use I put that player on my ignore list. Of course someone innocent might be placed on the list but I have a pretty good feel for computer moves. (and it's not when I lose cause I have lost over 300 games and have only 2 players on ignore)

Your opponent has admitted breaking the rules of the site by using an engine in the middle of the game. I suggest that you contact Miguel, the admin, about this.

I'll admit that I was cheating in all of my games. I used Fritz 8, and for my first (10 or so) games, I sometimes played the second best move so I wouldn't be caught. But for the other later games, I always used Fritz's best move. I'm a bit surprised that I haven't been caught.

Thank you for telling the truth that you cheated and used an engine.

I'm not surprised that many chess players not only in this chess site but in all chess sites are cheating the games. I don't know why they do the cheating. Maybe they want to be the GM of chess cheating instead of GM of chess.

I said it before and I will say it again that cheaters are cheaters and they will find a way to cheat. I hope they stop cheating but I think they will not stop it.

For me, I just play chess for fun, to exercise my brain and make more friends win or lose. I have only 1500 rating in chess but I enjoy playing the chess game without cheating.
