As Ray said, this discussion cant be won. As said before, my intention was to have a serious voting, and I want to keep it that way. So, in favour of Ray, I`m not going to break the rules. Our nice list will end up as a Fun list, if everybody starts voting not serious candidates.
And I think, we proved already that all of us, can make also funny threats out of serious subjects, just by the comments we add.
And there is no need to change the topic`s title, Ray
It covers exactly what kind of election it is,
"the Best" and NOT "the Favourites"!
Therefore I opened another topic, called
"My Favorites Chess Players Ever.."
Here you can vote for the real cracks, your favorite, your neighbour, your GM (grandmother), your mother-in-law (I`m curious how many votes she will get), Madonna, Deep Blue, your pets (If you teach them to play chess!), etcetera....
