if no one put botvinnik in the first four fantasticos of chess he don't know so much in chess, botvinnik is the number one in the world in the chess endings.

Are you joking with me, Ray? You`re not serious are you? Anyway, I will answer you seriously. |
Leo, I was not joking or kidding you when I wrote this message to you. Thank you for your research for the 4 chess players I voted in. You are asking a vote for the chess players "Best Player Ever Election" and I voted for those 4 players which I think they are in the category of the best players ever. This thread is to elect Best Player Ever. Elect or election is to vote for somebody else. So my vote should be counted. Am I correct? I hope you will consider those votes.

@Ray Now, I am sorry Ray, but I wont do it. On your own list, you are suggesting that your nephew is a better player then Antonio and Torre, and that all these 3 Filipino players are better then Gata Kamsky. You are suggesting that all three are better then Capablanca, Morphy, Tal, Botvinnik, Lasker, Kramnik, etcetera.... Ray, It dont make sence. Your nephew Raymond has 2546 USCF rating, but this is in FIDE rating below 2369! (as he is not by the best 100 US players, and the list ends there with no.100.Kelleher 2369) And I bet with you, that none of the Queen Alice members, except the ones from the Philippines or from Filipino origin, ever heard about any of those three players! I understand you are very proud of your nephew`s performence, I would be also, if it was mine, but I simply cannot add him amongst the best 28 players (thats all we have got, Ray!) of "The Whole HISTORY of Chess!
(If I add them to our list, I need to ask Inaki to tell me his real name and add him as well! )
I changed the rules on my first post. I know it is late, but I do it to avoid simular discussions again. Now it says:
"But feel free to vote for a player who is not listed below, if you think he belongs by the best 10 players ever. But, if born after 1950, the player must have had once a minimum of 2650 FIDE rating, or have reached at least the quarter-finals (or final stage) of the World Championship."
